Geoff and the team pride themselves in using local seasonal produce. As we approach July we are are excited to share the new summer menu with you.

You can book lunch with us every Friday or Saturday from 12 noon until 1:30pm or enjoy dinner with us from Tuesday to Saturday from 6pm.

Geoffrey's Favourite Summer Cocktail Recipe

With the weather starting to show summer vibes we thought we would share Geoffrey's favourite summer cocktail with you! Cheers to summer in a glass!

Classic Negroni
handful ice
25ml/1fl oz gin
25ml/1fl oz Campari
25ml/1fl oz sweet red vermouth
orange slices, to garnish
Method
Add the gin, Campari & sweet vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice, and stir until well-chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with an orange.

Celebrate Summer in St Andrews
